Boston Real Estate Agent: Local Knowledge & International Expertise
Working in Boston as a Realtor and Accredited Buyer Representative, I have enjoyed more than a decade with some of the world’s most remarkable properties and discerning clientele. The opportunity to represent buyers and sellers in this dynamic city is both demanding and special, which is why I believe that current knowledge of the regional market is an important distinction when partnering with a Boston real estate agent. My persistence in getting to know “all things Boston” has enabled me to help U.S. and international clients achieve their real estate end goals – whether residential, commercial, or investment-based transactions – in a diverse and breathtaking urban environment. My experience in Boston and San Francisco allows me to approach complex real estate transactions in these highly competitive markets.
Educational and Professional Background
During my undergraduate coursework at The University of Wisconsin-Madison where I completed a double major in French and Art History, I attended the University of Provence and studied abroad in Aix-en-Provence, France in 1997-98. To date, I have worked with French-speaking clients from France, Tangiers, Belgium, and Vietnam.
Post-graduation, I spent my early career with Fidelity Investments Institutional Brokerage Company as Client Service Manager, and then as Property Manager for Equity Office Properties here in Boston. Aside from strengthening my negotiation and communication skills, these professional pursuits encouraged me to engage with clients on a more personal level – something that continues to benefit me today as a Boston real estate agent for The Charles Agency, a boutique real estate firm with nearly three decades of serving international and stateside clients.
The Here and Now
Armed with my professional accomplishments and a strong desire to succeed, I am interested in partnering with individuals who are looking to purchase, sell or rent land, condominiums, single family and multi-family properties within Route 128. Residential and commercial real estate are my specialties, along with a serious passion for taking on the priorities and dreams of my clients. Simply stated, my goals are my clients’ goals.
